Stoff Nagel Candle holders

Product Description

This iconic modular candle holder system was designed by Werner Stoff on behalf of Hans Nagel in the 1960s and can be combined and stacked into beautiful and unique shapes. Use it with straight or taper candles or just merely as a sculpture. Today, this iconic design is being reproduced by Danish design company Stoff Copenhagen. 

The system consists of a candle holder, a bowl, a vase and a stand, all of which can be combined and stacked to create unique compositions. Availale in four metal finishes: Polished Brass, Black, Chrome or Antique.

Due to the special size of the candles required, only candles specially designed for the system can be used. The candles are made of paraffin wax and are coloured all the way through. Two types of candles are available in a wide range of colours: straight candles, which come in a box of 12 pieces and have an average burning time of 3,5 hours per candle or long tapered candles, which come in a box of 6 pieces and have an average burning time of 4 hours per candle.
